- You’ll need to share unboxing photos or videos for smooth processing.
🚫 What’s Not Eligible
- Sale items and limited drop pieces are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
- We don’t accept returns for reasons like change of mind or size issues (check product details before buying!).
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive:
- Store Credit (faster)
- or Refund to Original Payment Method (takes 5–7 business days)

🔄 Exchanges
- Love the vibe but got the wrong item? We’ll replace it if it’s still in stock.
- If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue a credit or refund — your choice.
